Question What to Upgrade?

Hello guys,
I need a little help.
I have been having some issues playing cs2, i get stuttering and my fps have not been very good (the consistency).
My settings in cs2 are setting on average to médium at 1080p
My current setup is:
MB: B350
PSU: Seagate 550w
GPU: 6700xt
CPU: Ryzen 3600
Ram: 16gb seagate 3200mhz

What do you think its the best way to get some thing out off this build now, and is changing the cpu enough (in my ountry a 5700x is 170€) and we dont have a good used market

Look at the Ryzen 5 5600 and you could always add another set of that RAM for a total of 32GB.

What budget do you have to spend? Are you using the stock cooler for the 3600 at present?
