it only has 220w psu and a dual core e-300 @ 1.3 ghz.

You will need a 400w or thereabouts to go discrete gpu card.

it has 4gbs 1333 also.

any way Gee Bee about it having a 220w psu is right and it only supports a single slot card that may not fit properly in that case. the graphics upgrade you did get even if your psu would allow it wouldnt be much better than your hd 6310 integrated graphics

then you can upgrade. I would say 400-500w with a mid tower case.

even then the cpu wouldnt be able to handle a good graphics card it would be better then the one you have sure but you would be better off just saving up money for a new pc build

agreed, but he/she could just pretend not to notice the bottleneck, especially in gpu driven games it may not be as noticeable

yea he/she could go with a 60 dollar card and 30 for a new case and 30 for a new psu and it would be optimal for the cpu he/she has but i would just put the money towards a new build imo
