My setup at the moment is :
CASE: Bitfenix Prodigy Red
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 280 Gaming 3G
PSU: HKC USP-5550 550W
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 760K Black Edition
CPU COOLER: Corsair Hydro Series H60
MOBO: MSI A88XI AC, socket FM2+
RAM: Corsair 8 GB DDR3-1600 Kit
HDD: Seagate Momentus ST500LM012, 500GB
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB

Is there anything you would upgrade about this ?
And would it be recommendable to buy a windowed side panel due to the air flow ?

Your system is pretty decent so you probably don't have to upgrade anything.
But, if it was my system, I would probably upgrade de CPU+Mobo (and probably PSU) to sport a more powerful CPU

I would like to stay with my mobo though for the socket etc 😀,
And no thanks to intel hahaha im quite young and don't earn 3k a month or something

I agree with AirSKiller, I think what you should be getting is an AM3+ Motherboard and a FX6300/6350.
After that your wattage is gonna be around 430W and then for another upgrade you might need a new PSU.
Your CPU is good, but that socket is no longer updated and the AM3+ has at least one more refresh until it dies,
so you're gonna be safe for maybe 3 years.
The 6300 is about $90 and the 6350 is about $120(both with 6 cores), the 8350 which has 8 cores is about $160.
I would recommend:
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
FX-8350(8 Core 4Ghz) or you can go with the 6300(6 core 3.5Ghz) or the 6350(6 core 3.9Ghz) depending on your budget.
I you want to upgrade your PSU I'd suggest :
EVGA Supernova NEX 750W.
Hope I helped.

The funny thing is that when i was going to buy the parts for this build i was already trying to get a am3+ mobo but they don't have it for a Mini- itx case though .....

A Mini-ITX case is a really bad idea..
Why didn't you go for an ATX case, they fit ATX, MicroATX and Mini-ITX Motherboards.
In that case there's reallo no necessary upgrade for you, unless you change the case.
I would suggest a Source 210, but your GPU will block it's drive cages.
So I think this is a good cheap case: Antec NSK4100
