What upgrades can my computer get and how do i know?

So over here i have a noob piece of crap computer with the following specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1
Model:Aspire X3470
Processor: AMD E2-3200 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.40GHz
Ram: 4GB (3.46 Usable)
System type: 64-bit

So I'm wondering if I can upgrade my processor to Intel i7 or something like that, and how can I find out if I can or not. I heard from a friend that you can find out by looking at some pins or something but I still do not understand, would someone help me on this?

Any help would be appreciated.

err nothing wrong,except that OS 'home'.upgrade it to ultimate 64 instead
