what upgrades could i do to my emachine el1331g

I think that computer is from 2009. You should just buy a new cheap computer. I think your probably only using facebook, emails, or youtube but it would help just to get a new machine sooner than later.

Yes the graphics card should work with your mitherboard from what I can see, because both have a express 2.0 x16 slot.
