What upgrades would be needed to make this into a good gaming computer?

I want my computer to be able to run games like DayZ on good settings with smooth game play.
My specs are as followed:


Intel Core i3-2100 @3.10GHz
4 GB Ram DDR3 - 3.9GB usable.
Intel HD Graphics 1000 - I know this is bad :/
MSI H61M-P20 (G3) (MS-7788) Motherboard.

That would give you the best gaming improvement for the amount of money you have to spend.

Oh and make sure you have a PSU with enough power. Post the model and I can check.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. My computer has a 500W PSU. Fingers crossed it will work.
