[SOLVED] What variant of GTX 1660 Ti should I get?

I've been comparing 3 GTX 1660 Tis from Gigabyte and I can't decide between them. One uses 2 90mm fans, the next one uses 2 100mm fans and the high end model uses 3 80mm fans. I don't plan on overclocking. Out of all of them which one is quieter? Can 3 80mm fans preform better than 2 100mm fans? Which one is the best bang for the buck? Are there any other differences that I should be concerned about? Thanks!
