What video card(s) is the sucessor to the x850 series?

I'm looking to find an inexpensive card that does'nt need too much power to run (250w psu) that has the performance of an x850 or better for roughly between 50-100 bucks. I realize that I might need to upgrade my psu, I bought a refurbed Gateway last week for a good price but the stock psu is really weak. I'm basically just looking to play CnC3 and Oblivion on this rig (x2 4000) until I put some money together for a quad next year and a 8800gt.

Any suggestions?

Not too sure about this but look at the 1900XT or the 8600GT

The X1800XTX replaced it, than the X1900XTX replaced the X1800XTX, and so on and so forth.

You can't get better than X850 XT performance for $100. You can get very close performance that's a little bit better with a 2600 XT or 8600 GT, but it's not a worthwhile upgrade IMHO.

For a real performance jump, you need an X1950 PRO.
