Depends what your use case is and what resolution you will be using your PC at. The cheaper system has a better CPU, but the other one has a better GPU. If you are playing at 1440p and like to crank your settings, get the second system with the beefier video card. If you play mostly E-Sports titles and run games at extremely low settings and resolution to maximize frame rate, then grab the first PC.
