Depends what your use case is and what resolution you will be using your PC at. The cheaper system has a better CPU, but the other one has a better GPU. If you are playing at 1440p and like to crank your settings, get the second system with the beefier video card. If you play mostly E-Sports titles and run games at extremely low settings and resolution to maximize frame rate, then grab the first PC.

Then you will definitely want this system. I forgot to mention the system with the "better" CPU applies to gaming. The other CPU, while not as good for gaming, has more physical cores, and therefore, will do a better job at handling the other work you will do on your system, while also coming with a monster of a video card.
