What video card should I buy for 1080p at these settings...

I only have a 1080p Monitor at the moment and I don't have enough money to go crazy buying a 1080 TI and a beast monitor because of cryptocurrency mining.

I would like to be able to play just about every game that is currently out at 60FPS at High to Very High settings (don't care about Ultra, and if I absolutely have to go down to medium I wouldn't mind, low no thank you on that though).

Would a 1050TI do this? Or do I have to go with a 1060?

And another question: Right now I'm using a 760 (My entire build is in my signature minus the 1080 TI which is on my wish list). When I compare it to the 1050ti (In the following link), they look like they're almost the same exact card for all specs, but then when you look at FPS in all games comparison, the 1050ti looks like it's 30-40% better. What gives?

My first answer would have been GTX 1060 for all games high to very high settings at 1080p. Second best thing is 1050 Ti, but it's more just high settings with some games possibly medium if you want 60fps.

Userbenchmark.com uses only DX10, while the GTX 1050 Ti is better at DX11 and DX12 than the GTX 760.

*Compare FireStrike benchmark scores for DX11 and TimeSpy for DX12. But even then, they're just synthetic benchmarks not actual games. Games can vary in performance but the benchmarks can give you a pretty good idea.

The GTX 1050Ti can run almost every game available on high-settings with average of 45-50 FPS. 1050Ti is pretty powerful GPU but if you see all the benchmark test, then you will see that 1050Ti allows to play on higher settings but on low FPS than the GTX 1060.
The GTX 1060 allows both High-settings along with respectable frame-rates. in most games, the 1060 gives an average of 60 FPS on max settings 1080p.

You said that you can compromise graphics settings but not FPS. in that case the GTX 1060 perfectly fits your needs. It'll allow you to push the settings while keeping 60+ FPS in almost every game.
So the final answer is to get a 1060 if you can it'll give the best bang out of buck.
