My Radeon HD 7770 just died and I am trying to decide what card to replace it with. these are the cards I'm looking at:
Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 2GB
ASUS GeForce GTX 950 Overclocked Gaming 2GB
EVGA GeForce GTX 950 SC+ GAMING 2GB
MSI GeForce GTX 950 Overclocked 2GB GDDR5 Armor-2X.

Solution
If you can get the 770 for about the same price as the 950's, and if you have a good enough PSU, then definitely go for the 770, it's considerably more powerful.

I have a cyberpower 800w atx power supply (ULT-XF800S) with a free 8 and 6 pin not being used.

Yep, that will work. I found the power supply: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/271812753971?ul_noapp=true&chn=ps&lpid=82

It's very poor quality. If something goes wrong, blame your power supply.

Indeed it is but I got it from a friend for free so I can't complain. I plan to replace it soon with a modular psu.

Good idea.
