Since the last update installed my system keeps crashing.

Neither mb or CPU support TPM2.0.

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit 22H2 (OS Build 19045.5011)
ASRock Z87 extreme 4 mb BIOS version 3.40
Intel I7-4770K (never overclocked)
32 GB memory
Hauppauge quad channel TV tuner card
ASMedia 24 port SATA III card
USB 3.2 type c card for Meta III VR
NVidia GTX 1660Ti GPU

no problem whatsoever on this end with the same update(s).

could very well be your outdated system and it's non-compliance with modern standards.
though i don't see why a problem would all-of-a-sudden manifest after all this time.

maybe MS has embedded some new standard acknowledgement tech that has flagged your system as obsolete?
though i seriously doubt it.

try a new fresh install which already contains the latest update and see if the issue persists...

Hauppauge quad channel TV tuner card
I haven't used a Hauppauge card for nearly 20 years. Try unplugging it and see what happens. Similarly remove the 24-port SATA card. If you need 24 SATA channels, you could fit an LSI SAS Controller and SAS Expander cards. Remove the USB 3.2 Type-C card. You can replace the cards if the fault remains.

I have an i3-4160 and i7-4770K not overclocked, and a G3258, i7-4770K and i7-3770K all overclocked, running Windows 10 Pro with latest Windows Updates, no TPM or Secure Boot.

Try running MemTest86 on your RAM.

Then try a fresh install of Windows as suggested. It might be an idea to leave out all cards including GPU, then fit them one at a time.
