My first car was a 1991 Opel Kadett. It was a simple and reliable friend. I loved it with all my heart and will always remember it fondly. In 1995, it went to a new owner somewhere abroad. I wonder how its fate turned out.

had it from 1996 - 2000 until the fuel tank rusted and busted open.
probably from all the mud caked on that i would rarely clean off.
man, i loved that thing though.
had added 4x Pioneer 10"s to the rear in a custom box and replaced stock speakers with Pioneer 6x9"s.

My first car was a Mercedes 240, 1984 model, 72hp diesel, was already past 500k miles (about 720k km) when I got it.
Had it for about one and a half year, the next autumn - the frame itself was so rusted that it broke apart when I lifted it up to swap to winter tires. The stupidest part is that only a few month before, the car was deemed road legal from the local road authorities - because they didn't check for rust on the frame in particular. But the brakes was still in good condition 😅
