What will be better?

Hi, I am getting a gaming pc and my cpu will be a AMD 6300 and I want to play Watch Dogs at like the highest or ultra settings and other games like battlefield 4 and such. I am not sure what graphics card to buy. My 2 options are Nvidia GTX 660 or a AMD Radeon R9 270 (I might be able to upgrade to a 270x)

Also, I would like to know if the AMD Radeon R9 270 will run really good on Watch Dogs. If you don't know the requirements for the game here they are
There are the minimum requirements
nVidia GeForce GTX460
AMD Radeon HD5850

Reccomended Requirements
nVidia GeForce GT600-series
AMD Radeon HD7000-series
