Should I keep the gtx 760 with stock CPU fan and no overclocking or should I get a gtx 750 ti ftw with a corsair CPU cooler so I can over clock the cpu I'm on a low budget if anyone wants to recommended anything

I'd say keep the GTX 760 and stock CPU fan for now. You won't be able to overclock very well on that motherboard.
