What will happen if I buy a Digital Storm computer

What will happen if I buy a Digital Storm computer with water cooling?

Will it be leaking?

p.s. I live in California

It should not come leaking, that would signal something went awfully wrong but 100% of the time is shouldn't be, if it is you can then RMA it back and get a new computer.
