I need a comp only for watching films, sports and surfing!

Will a processor like INTEL Celeron G1820 do the job?

Would a integrated graphics suffice, or do I need a seperate card?

Yes, that would do you just fine. Maybe get a Pentium 1150?
Btw, if you can afford an i3 4th gen, then nothing like it! These tasks are piece of cake for it.

Nope. As long as you don't engage in gaming, GPU is not a necessity here.
Streaming and surfing are CPU intensive, not GPU intensive. If ever they need some graphics processing for heavy load, there the HD integrated graphics would suffice.
