What would be a good airflow with this case?

Here's the case: http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001578

The 2 vents at the top have spots for two 120 mm fans, but they seem to get in the way of the motherboard. In the rear on the case is a vent on top, I'm gonna put an H60 there acting as an intake.

(There is no PSU that comes with this case, the one I chose is a CX600.)

Standard computer cases prefer and airflow of front to back and bottom to top. Better to put the H60 as an exhaust. As for the top unless you go for some special fan standard 25mm thick fans should be able to clear the mobo. Also you might want to add the bottom fan as well.

I only have 3 fans, and they're all for the fan headers, there are 3 on the board, so I'll most likely have to get a molex to 3 pin adapter. Also, this is how the airflow should look?

Just buy a splitter cable.
As for the airflow the standard is front to back, bottom to top, but it would be better if your PSU you point the fan towards the bottom. After all, almost all PSUs suck air from the bottom and thow it from the back.

The CX600 doesn't have a fan on the bottom, only on the back and on top, I'm pretty sure the one on top is exhaust. Also, could you give a "yes" or "no" on the airflow?
