What would be a good motherboard compatible with an i5 processor?

I have an intel i5 (2500k I believe) and my ASRock B75M-GL stopped working. I'm looking for a good mobo under $90 that would fit an i5 processor and a HIS Radeon HD 6670 card.

Also, would it matter which i5 it was for the mobo? Do the later models not fit the same mobo's the older ones would? The reason being I'm not entirely sure which model the processor is. Regardless, I am mostly sure that it is a 2500k, so I would very much appreciate suggestions =).

This is not true. In terms of power phases:
Extreme 4: 8 + 4
Pro 4 : 4 + 2
Pro 3 : 4 + 1
Also, extreme 4 has gold caps.

The Extreme 4 eight phases are actually doubled so it's only 4 and the extra phases on the + mean they are bundled together with CPU phases rather than separated (e.g. mem phases, chipset pcie etc)

The pro3/4 phases are not doubled which makes them seem less. This is an marketing strategy by mb vendors
gold caps are meh

The true phase count near the left and the oc recommendation at the right column are the ones you want to look at

Thank you for sharing that. Really interesting.

However, I'm a little confused as to validity and meaning. On the right is a column for overclocking. The Extreme 4 says "Air Only" and Pro 3/4 is "None". If there is no difference in phases then why is one considered better for overclocking or is this incomplete?
