Your 2 best options are the RTX 2060 or the RX5700. Both are similarly priced and have pros and cons.

The RTX2060 has RTX, but performance is poor with raytracing on. The Radeon RX5700 does not have RTX, but performs better overall and has 2gb more Vram.
