what would be the correct settings to for my Samsung un40eh6000f on my pc

I would like to know everything down to the correct color space. I am useing a galaxy 670 gc 4gb vram hdmi connected. So far I have calibrated it by eye, which has been long and tedious. Though since the last firmware update it's been breathing new life into how much easier the calibration got. Anything and everything will be welcomed.
