Question What would be the procedure for going from zotac 1660 ti to gigabyte 1660 ti?

Would I need to unistall any drivers or use DDU? since both cards are 1660 Ti

Nope, both the cards of the exact same model, just a different BRAND. So no need to uninstall the GPU drivers. Are you having both these cards with you right now ??
