What would be the quietest 80mm fan with with the highest CFM ?

Need one for my heatsink, xp2400.

If you have a decent heatsink, a LOW CFM rating should be more than
sufficient. But if you're not convinced you can get away with a low CFM
fan, try a variable speed. Then you can set the most optimum combination of
airflow and noise. A good one follows. -Dave

Have you considered a 92mm fan with 80mm sleeve adapter ? chose one with
similar CFM and watch the RPM (and noise) drop
