Is your card an X800? I seem to recall a few people reporting strange green pixel artifacts with that card...

Are the artefacts only in the sky? If so I wouldn't worry too much...

ok this is on a xfx 7900 gt, most of the time it only happens in the sky but sometimes i get them on the ground, 1280x1024 everything on high, 16xAF 4xAA hdr on.
