Well, looking at the specs, I'm not sure where you'll mount the 200mm fan you're talking about - there are only mounts it appears for a max size of 120mm. One on the back over the IO panel, two on the top for venting heat out the top, and probably one or two on the front.

If that is the case, then I would put one 120mm on the bottom front blowing in (cool air in), then two 120's on the top blowing up and out of the case. The panels on the bottom will allow some airflow in, along with the front mount, creating a nice airflow pattern.

The 120mm fans are rated at 95 CFL each, while the 200mm fan is rated at 110 cfm. The two 120's will provide much greater flow.
