Whatgpu should i buy that is not bottlenecking with my cpu?

hi, im planning on upgrading my gpu (gt 730) and i dont know what to buy... can you guys suggest me a gpu that is not bottlenecking with my cpu(a4 6300 3.7Ghz) ?

and also, i only have 400 w psu

a 750ti should do well with that cpu and is a upgrade from the gt 730 by quite some

I had a similar confusion. The best price-performance right now is the GTX 960. Amazing GPU at 1080p. Also it runs a lot cooler and quieter. If you go for an AMD you will have to change your PSU up to 650 or 750W(minimum for a 280x). The GTX 960 will run well on a 400W PSU.

Currently the GTX 960 is your best bet with the PSU into consideration.
The performance is great and TDP and temps are low. Its the best mid-range GPU out there.
