The GTX 680 is much better than the GTX 650's. A better card is the GTX 690 but they are much too expensive. If you have the money for a GTX 680, then go for it

I didn't say that. The GTX 650 is fine but nothing amazing. The 2Gb just means it has twice the amount of video RAM. This doesn't effect the performance of the card greatly unless you are playing at very high resolutions. If you are an avid gamer then I would recommend a card like the Nvidia GTX 660 or better, or the ATI 7850 or better.
