What's a good SSD around the $80 - $110 range?

I know everyone will be quick to say Samsung 840 Evo, but I've also been researching the new OCZ Vertex 460, the Crucial M500, and the Mushkin Chronos Deluxe. The only bad thing with the Mushkin is that I'm not particularly a fan of Sanforce drives as the drive I have now is Sandforce and it's given me nothing but problems. Anyone have any differing opinions or alternate suggestions?

You've picked the top dogs minus Intel (which is using sandforce controllers now)
Ocz vector150 & vector 460 use a iindilinx Barefoot 3 controller
Crucial M500 uses a Marvell 9187 controller
Mushkin Chonos Deluxe uses Sandforce 2281
Samsung 840 evo uses its Mex controller

If that helps you any

Yeah I know about the different controllers I was wondering if anybody has used these particular drives and what the advantages / disadvantages are.

I totally suggest the Intel SSD's. They do use the Sandforce controllers as Popatim suggested and they work great for me.

The drive I have in my rig now is an Intel 320 and it's given me nothing but trouble since I got it. That's why I'm replacing it with one of the drives I'm looking at.
