A pcpartpicker list would be nice. Or, bullet points indicating all good parts. I have good experience with building in the past, but just don't have time to sit down and put the research into parts for a good PC at the moment.

Requirements: 1. must be capable of playing Grand Theft Auto V, Minecraft on max default settings (should be able to handle 3rd party texture packs and shaders), perhaps other modern games (not a necessity, but would be nice), Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 (preferably max setting, but not necessary), and other simulators (i.e. American Truck Simulator, Farming Simulator 2019, etc.) while simultaneously recording gameplay and audio for Twitch Stream and/or YouTube videos. 2. Must not be insanely expensive. If possible, keep price below $1,000 for hardware. I am a full-time college student and a part-time employee, I currently cannot afford anything too ridiculous.

Notes: feature of overclock-ability would be nice, but is NOT necessary, so long as stock parts can handle aforementioned tasks. CPU: AMD or Intel, either is fine. GPU: NVIDIA or AMD, either is fine. PSU: prefer upgrade-ability. RAM: 8GB absolute minimum, but prefer 16GB at the lowest. Case: ATX preferred, definitely nothing Mini-ITX. Disc drive is not required, nor wanted.

Thank y'all for the help!

Are you shopping in the USA, or?

MS Flight Simulator is by far the most stressfull of the games listed.

What all do you need in your $1,000 budget? Just the tower? Monitor? Keyboard? Mouse? Headphones/Speakers?

If you already have a monitor, what resolution/refresh rate or what brand/model?

Yes, in the USA.

Budget requires monitor and tower. I have keyboard and mouse, headphones/mic already.
