Question What's best for a clean wipe of only my Windows drive (not my other drive)?

I have two options: keep my files and remove everything.

I'm assuming I should choose "remove everything". But then I have three other options:
-Clean data? (what should I choose?)
-Delete files from all drives? (No, because I only want my Windows drive wiped)
-Download Windows? (any major issue if I just use my DVD from ~2018?)

If you're doing a full wipe and reinstall, you do that with ONLY the single drive connected.
Yes, physically disconnect or remove the others.

Create a new USB to install with.

And, if there is any Windows based software on that other drive it will have to be reinstalled before you can use it, so have the installation media and keycodes at the ready.
