Whats better to Upgrade?

Hi Guys from tomshardware,
My Headset is the Razer Kraken Chroma 7.1 and my Graphics card is the Nvidia Gtx 760, i want to know who is better to change, The headset or the graphics card?
and what is a good headset/Graphics card?
Obs: I Play 1920x1080p Monitor Overwatch and some heavy games.

Really it's more of a personal choice, I will gladly help you along this path if you would like but it's whether you feel you would like better sound or graphics, how much money you are willing to spend, if you have been having issues with either or any other hardware in your computer that you could upgrade, but those are both good items.

I know that NVidia is coming out with their new 1000 line soon which would lower the cost of better cards but i'm not sure how soon we can hope to see that.

if it was my choice i'm more fond of having the better graphics card.

I would assume that your cpu is intel so that you can get the most out of your gpu, and either you have a decent enough MoBo to provide the proper ports or you have a sound card to utilize the most out of your audio equipment.

My Processor is a Intel core i7-4790k
i want to choose a new headset, because the kraken is a little uncomfortable and sometimes he crashes, i can spend U$300 what do you recommend ?
