[SOLVED] Whats causing my Bsod?

So today I decided to do to modify that context menu that appears when you right click on files and folders So I entered the * and folder settings in the registry and edited what i want after a few minutes my windows began freezing I could still move the cursor but nothing was responsive and then I got the black screen of death I rebooted my pc and then undid everything I did to the registry but a Bsod still happend it was Kernel data in-page error 0x07A I don't know if it was the same as the first bsod I only captured the second but they are probably the same anyway after I rebooted my PC intel boot manager showed up and started doing some stuff and then a message appeared saying "press any key and choose a boot drive from boot menu" pressing anykey didnt do anything but repeat the same thing and the same message appeared i restarted my PC and entered the BIOS and went into the boot tab my hard drive didn't show up anywhere I thought my hard drive had died because the bsod error was hard drive related I switched the sata the cable of my HDD and thankfully it appeared in my BIOS I booted into safe mode where my stuff was there I didn't stay there for long so I don't know if the bsod would have appeared how do I fix this Bsod? please help thank you

Did you create a system restore before you went modifying the registry?

The kernel data in-page error occurs when you have core kernel data corrupt or missing in Windows page file and can occur when registries are modifying incorrectly. Did any issues occur BEFORE you modified the registry?

No i didnt make a system restore and no nothing was wrong before i edited the registery this is the guide i followed to edit the registery

You should ALWAYS make a system restore before registry modifications. and equally one should never modify the registry without the proper experience.
Did you perform a backup of your registry prior to modifying it?

If not, you would likely now need to perform a startup repair as you have adversely damaged the core OS and not backed up anything before hand. Either a repair with the Windows ISO or a clean install altogether.

Firstly though you can try the following in an elevated command prompt:
SFC/ Scannow
DISM / Online/ Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I did not look at the video, as they are often misleading and not necessarily accurate of what you actually did.
if you can retrace and modify, then try it. But can't guarantee anything.
You've modified core OS data, that's not always so easily repairable.

Also helps if you backup the actual registry before making any changes, although sys restore does include a copy of registry - https://neosmart.net/wiki/backup-restore-registry/#Back_up_and_restore_the_registry_in_Windows10

You could run system restore and see if/when last system restore point was created and if its not too long ago, roll the system settings back to then. System restore tends to break other applications installed since changes but if the time period isn't that big, it beats some other fixes

Try using BlueScreenView, it will show what caused the error and the stop code
