So my PC crashes about 1-2 times a day. No blue screen, no error messages. It just powers off and starts up again. I've looked through the event viewer but I can't see anything that stands out. I don't really know what to look for!

Here's the event viewer log. If you'd like me to screenshot anything else, just say.

Any help would be appreciated!

I'll provide the PSU model shortly.

Reason why I ask including PSU is Kernel-Power errors often (not always) have to do with a power supply that isn't good enough (not able to provide enough clean power) or is failing.

Also do these crashes only happen during gaming or also when sitting idle at the desktop (no load)

The crashes are random. It can be while I'm gaming, working in Photoshop, watching YouTube, browsing the net or just watching a film. There doesn't seem to be any pattern.

The PSU is the same one that I've had since I bought the PC a few years ago. I upgraded the GPU a while back, but the problems have only been happening for the last couple of months.
