What's going on [Am i getting ddosed] [Please help]

I think i might be getting ddosed or somebody is messing with my router which is right next to me, unless they're dinking with it by splitting an ethernet cable and sending packets back to the router. Heres some screenshots i took on wireshark http://puu.sh/7iiIl.png http://puu.sh/7ij1U.png

None of that traffic can be coming from outside your house. None of the address are routable on the internet. The 169.154 addresses can not even leave the local segment so they can't even be routed. Your normal home router can not even be misconfigured to source invalid addresses like this. Now if you have a commercial router or a dd-wrt one you can do many strange things but its not like someone can take control of your router unless you did stupid stuff and let is be managed remotely and used bad passwords.

Go back into the wireshark and hunt down the mac addresses of the devices sending the traffic.
