[SOLVED] Whats keeping my cyberpunk fps low?

My specs are:

• B450 Aorus Elite (Motherboard)
• AMD 3 Ryzen 3100 4 core processor (Cpu)
• Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650
• Corsair Cx Series 550 watt 80+ Bronze certified
• T-Force Dark Z 16gb (2 8gb) 3200 mhz ddr4

My monitor is:
- Asus Tuf Gaming 144hz, 23.8"

In the lowest settings possible I've been running cyberpunk at a whopping 15-20 fps. I checked out the benchmark for my cps which said it should definitely be running at higher speeds than that but unsure whats stopping my pc from having 40+ frames in 1280x720 lowest settings. Any help?s

this game is very CPU intensive and is hungry for threads.
also takes a very nice GPU to allow advanced features and higher settings.
and the insane amount of data transfer going on needs a quick drive to read from.

you seem to be lacking in just about every aspect.

my current setup;
with crowds on medium, volumetric smoke off, contact shadows off, and the entire "Basic" section off.
with everything else on high\ultra gets 60-70fps @ 21:9 1440p.

Even if i'm literally going for the lowest possible settings shouldnt my setup get me +35 fps at 1280x720p and lowest settings?

doubt it. check some gaming forums. there many users with better setups claiming the same issue(s).

there are quite a few mods out that give a lot more freedom with the game's settings; enabling\disabling extra features, customized .ini for extreme performance modes, etc.

Is your RAM definitely running at 3200mhz and in the correct motherboard slots for when running 2 dimms?
