So this has been an issue especially, i think it may have been since i added a third monitor, but my frames drop immensley without changing settings, yet i still get like 40fps on Siege,

I found out that every time i drop frames, my entire CPU (all six cores) are working 100%. The only thungs i have open is discord and the game, still happens if it's only the game though

I also have a 105ti so my GPU is fine, my cpu is an AMD 6350 Six-Core

OK. To confirm it's somehow related to 3rd monitor, have you tried temporarily removing? Could be that running all three is just becoming to much to handle for your particular setup. Seeing CPU usage at 100% in games is never a good sign as it's going to be the bottleneck and limiting your performance.

What is your cpu temperature in games?
Around 60. Maximum has been 70

I thought there could not possibly be a CPU with more fail in it than a Faildozer 8350 for gaming , but your Faildozer 6350 manages to even fail at failing.

Like the other guy said, it is your CPU. It sucks. Buy a modern CPU, mobo and RAM.

Sometimes it isnt an option to upgrade. It seems hit or miss with fx. Sometimes they are really bad and stuttery for gaming, but sometimes they are fine. Look up an overclock guide for your cpu. The only thing that can help to mitigate the low ipc of fx cpus is bumping up the clocks. High clocks can help to even out some stutter an low fps with bulldozer cpus. What mobo, psu, and cooler do you have? Your temps are fine so you could definitely overclock a bit.

Limit your FPS,you already have msi so use rtss and put in a frame limit of 40FPS since that's what you are reaching and lower by one frame at a time until it doesn't hit 100% anymore.
A lot of games nowadays use all your cores in multithreading for a minimal, if any, increase in FPS,using the frame limiter you should immediately notice a big drop in CPU usage.

(You can also use very high quality settings to reduce the max FPS coming from your GPU,this almost always has the same effect and you don't have to game at low settings)
