In the SPD tab at the bottom shows the memory's voltage:

These readings seem off.

It says my max bandwidth is PC2-6400 (400MHz)

Then it says my Model of RAM is CM2X1024-8500-C5D (which is 1066MHz), I have 4 dimms which is correct.

Then at the bottom I am given 3 voltages

JEDEC#1 JEDEC#2 EPP#1 --- the first column is blank
277MHz 400MHz 533MHz
4 5 5
4 5 5
4 5 5
13 18 15
15 22 22
2T
1.8V 1.8V 2.2V

My stats from the memory tab are

533MHz 5:8 5-5-5-18 2T

I'll try lowering and raising the voltage and I will see how that value changes.

I'm running memtest right now. It went through all tests successfully and on the 2nd round of tests had 2 errors on test #5.

Does that mean it's being over or underpowered?

I have my CPU timing and FSB set. If I am only changing the RAM timings then is the only voltage I need to change to accommodate the DDR voltage?

Just set the voltage to the factory spec for the frequency you are running and leave it.

I assume you are watching your temps with Real Temp.

Next is to read Comp's Core 2 Quad and Duo Temperature Guide.

Then use Prime95 Small FFTs to stress test your CPU and blend to test CPU and RAM. Be sure to watch your temps.
