What's my laptop bottleneck?

Games like GTA V, Fortnite BR, R6S, COD WW2 are all running at 40 FPS on lowest all settings. What's the bottleneck here?

(3D settings have been changed to use my NVIDIA card on all applications, and the newest NVIDIA driver is installed.)

i5 7300HQ 2.5ghz
GTX 1050 4GB
1TB Toshiba 5400RPM
8GB 8x1 DDR4 2400mhz
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
