What's next for T-bird MOBO??

Hi all,

So there's the AMD 760 which has 266MHz FSB and supports PC2100 / PC1600 DDR DRAM, and I know we are all (well, some of us) are waiting for the duals to come out.

But what's going to be the newest functionality/upgrade to a T-bird MOBO? And when is it expected to come out?

I'm looking to upgrade now, but I'll wait if something significantly better is on the horizon... like June/July.

Well the next chipset will be the kt266 from via of course next couple of mounths. We will have to wait and see if this chipset will be a non-problematic performer or not but in my opinion via has been inproving a little with each new chipset so lets hope that they do not botch this one in any way and have good drivers for it apon release. Other than that if you want multi cpu setup you the 760mp is probably your best bet.
