Intel C2Q Q8300 2.5 Ghz
4 GB DDR2
and R7 360 Core editon

And I want to trade it for this PC

It has

C2Q Q9650
8 DDR3
R7 240 2 DDR3

The 2nd pc will probably run faster, but still will struggle with most games. You should save some money and build a new system, since your components are getting quite old now.

Faster processor , faster ram ( & twice as much) .

That r5 240 though (it's not an r7) ??
It's a generation older , 3 tiers lower , & it's a ddr3 model !!

Your current r7 360 is about twice as powerful !

That 240 is absolutely worthless for gaming full stop.

Both are however quite old and could struggle on some new AAA games even with good GPU upgrade.

I'd trade your pc and spend that 250 on a solid card, honestly. Just make sure it's compatible with new mobo. You won't build a half decent pc for $250.
