What's the best budget PSU

hello, i am building a new gaming rig out of mainly used parts but ive decided to go with a brand new power supply just for the sake of safety. As you may have understood i am on a budget so any reliable cheap psu recommendation would be amazing
my pc:
i3 6100
2x4GB DDR4 2133 kingston hyper x
gtx 770 4gb (TDP i believe 230W)
gigabyte h110m s2pv

i was thinking about corsair vs 550, are these reliable? (my brother owns a vs 450 for half a year now and he hasnt had any problems)
