Whats the best build i could go for 1100$?

Hey guys, I just finished purchasing my parts, and I thought, was that the BEST build i could get?
I'm able to buy from Amazon, B&H and NewEgg.
I am pretty sure i have done a mistake... I took samsung 250gb evo 850... and i was thinking... i could upgrade to i7 4790 with hyperthreading... and 16gb of ram... and give up of the ssd... would that be worth?
I cannot make that choice anymore but i wanted to know if thats true. and whats your opinion about the BEST build for 1100$.
