Whats the best computer power supply

What's the most stable and reliable of power supplies?

I've just had an Antec True Power Trio 550w blow one of the caps.

It's about 2 years old. Would it be wise to place the cap...if I can find its value or should I bin it and buy a different make?

Nah replace whole unit. Corsair or Antec are the best.
