Whats the best free video editing software and game best free game capture software?

Hey guys!
I just wanted to start recording and posting to youtube but i dont have money to buy fraps and a video editing software so i am asking you what are the best free game capture software and the best video editing software?

Windows movie maker is absolutely fine, how it all will look is up to the editor. Free capture software I'd say Nvidia Shadowplay, it's pretty good and I recommend it if you can use it.
If you want to edit audio I recommend Audacity, also free.
