Can I have your full specs ? Your motherboard alone won't ensure the compatibility of a new GPU. The CPU, Case, and PSU are the main factors. Also, What screen resolution do you play on ?

1080p or 720p

And what I mean by a fast hard drive was, A fast write speed.

You could get a GTX 770 in your budget, but it would be quite held back by your low end CPU.

The Samsung 840 Evo SSDs are very fast and good in terms of price/performance.
