[SOLVED] Whats the best Graphics card for me?

I primarily want to game in 1440p, use vr a fair bit, want around 60 or higher fps. I am considering vega 56/64, 1070ti's and the rtx 2070, but i don't really want to spend that much. 1080s are way to expenseve where i live, so they are out of picture. What would be the best value and performer out of those cards? The vega 56 is about $600, 64 $750, and so are 1070ti's. 2070s are also about $900.
Current specs:
i-5 8400
GTX 1060 6G
16 GB ddr 4
750 watt psu

Well, the RTX2070 is the best performer and is slightly faster than a GTX1080.

AMD is launching new Navi GPUs on/before Q2 '19. "PURPORTEDLY" the RX3080 is going to rival the RTX2070 but for a much lower price. I wouldn't buy a Vega card this close to those launches.

But yes, what is the best VALUE card? I know for a fact that the 2070 is not the best value for money.
