What's the best hackintosh build I can put together for ~700 USD?

Just wondering what the best hackintosh build is for around 700 dollars?
I'll build it myself - as I doubt any prebuilts will play nicely with OSX.
I am definitely NOT the expert - so any help is appreciated

Take a look at the OSx86 page. There's a part with tested hardware configurations and the associated hacks/tweaks needed to make it work. Some hardware works better than others.

I built my system using an Intel i5 650 (1st generation socket 1156), 8 gigs Geil 1333 ddr3 ram (2x4 gig), Gigabyte ga-h55m-usb3 motherboard, HP dvd 1260i dual layer DVD/RW, generic Powerlogic case with 500 watt per supply, Sapphire HD 6570 video card, usb keyboard and mouse, and a Viewsonic VA1931 18.5 inch LED monitor, and an edimax/ralink 7711 usb wireless dongle, Western Digital 320 gig sata 3 hard drive, for just under $600.
