Whats the best intel cpu for an rx 480 that isnt on skylake due to ddr4 only 210 bucks or less

No the cpu was the 210 im gonna sell my current cpu and mobo and one of my two 7770 ive got to buy an i5 and mobo i want away from amd on the cpu side of things

This should also handle it, but slightly slower than the i5 4460. Oh and you can sell your DDR3 ram, and since 7th gen will be the same socket as 6th gen, you can upgrade to a 7th gen i5 in the future.

I think i will run the i5 6500 on a asus ddr3 board with my current ram so i will have no big bottlenecks

DDR3 doesnt mix well with 6th gen boards. If you get a 6th gen processor, make sure you get DDR4.
