I recently built two gaming pcs but didn't get the best monitors so im wondering whats the best gaming monitor to use under $200.

Depends on your definition of 'best'. I've had my Asus 1080p /60Hz $100 monitors for 5 years now and they work very well on my gtx970 for anything I need, with not a single burned pixel.
